Services and Fees

Initial evaluation

90-60 minute- This first appointment offers a comprehensive psychiatric assessment that explores not only the mental and physical health history, but also one’s lifestyle, nutrition, digestion, stress levels, and relationships, with attention to identifying possible root cause of illness. The goal is to create a personalized treatment plan that may include conventional medications, integrative strategies, counseling, mindfulness practices, functional medicine testing and other possible treatments that are applicable to your health. Longer appointments will be recommended for individuals with a more complex history.

Follow-up

Appointments for follow-up will generally occur every 2-4 weeks initially. Once feeling better, a check-in every 2-3 months is most often recommended, depending on one’s need.
45 minutes- psychotherapy, review of functional medicine labs, integrative strategies, medication management

30 minutes- medication management and brief psychotherapy

There is a charge a $50 fee for any appointments canceled within 24 hours of time originally slotted.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicare patients at this time. Adolescents are seen with referral by therapist only. Referrals may be made via fax or phone.

Payment details are vaulted securely by our payments processor: we do not hold them directly. Your payment method will be pre-authorized in advance of each appointment and charged afterwards.
